An expression of self is both extremely personal as well as phenominaly public. The you you are behind closed doors will undoubtedly come into the light eventually. With that realization then one is inclined to sit back and take a closer look at themselves and they must decide then do they absolutly love who and what they are. Are they a model of everything they desire of themselves? I would not go as far as to say that they are a model of everything they desire out of others because then we wouldn't seek out our other halves... in some cases our better halves in that they have been able to achieve a higher level of self love.

Self love... I have been learning that this is one of the few un-selfish self things you can be. When you yourself are so full of love that you are over flowing and jsut oozing with this inner peace and certain level of zen-ness.. then the only place for it to go it out into the world. I am not saying that you have to walk around with a smile plastered on your face as if you are some plastic barbie doll. But being content with your self and personal well-being and being intune with your surroundings- loving your environment- not hippie-tree-hugging... then you are just an all around happy person.
Kids have this down, it is second nature to them... adults always say that kids need to learn from them... adults have more to learn from the kids than they think. "It never ceases to amaze me that the world and those who inhabit it are completely and utterly oblivious to the wonderous and beautiful things around them. We often become so wrapped up in our seemingly important day to day lives that we actually in fact forget to live. Children have such a zest for life. They see everything in thechni-colour. While the adults see things in shades of black and white. When do we oose this zest? Where does the beauty go? Beyond our noses" ~Hello randomness...thoughts...dreams...secrets.
